Ambassador Philip Thigo is an award-winning technology and public-policy expert serving in the Office of the President. Appointed by the UN Secretary-General to the High-Level Advisory Body on AI, he was founding Africa director of Thunderbird School of Global Management and co-created civic-tech landmarks like Uchaguzi and the Budget Tracking Tool.
